The desk provides all the necessary help and support to passengers at all times which may include check-in, baggage processing, greeting arriving passengers, assisting passengers with reduced mobility, etc.

Trolley Service

Baggage trolleys are essential amenities to passengers and therefore are made easily available at CCISA. You can find them at all significant touchpoints like baggage reclaim belts, arrivals, departures, etc. The trolleys can be taken up to flight check-in, parking areas, or bus/taxi station access points. However, trolleys are not permitted beyond the security check area, keeping in mind the safety and security of the passengers.
