We prioritise occupational health and safety of our workforce and implement a series of initiatives to create a safe working environment. These include strict safety rules, OHS setups at sites for healthcare services, compliance with health-related requirements, and OHS teams focusing on medical fitness, suitable work placement, first aid, preventive healthcare, health education and surveillance. The initiatives encompass drinking water fountains, canteen facilities, rest sheds, and occupational health centres at sites. We maintain round-the-clock medical staff, first-aid facilities, and ambulance services. We also provide clean toilets and wash cabinets for employees and distribute hydrating drinks during summer while implementing dust prevention systems with mist water spraying.
