Mr. Arun Bansal is the Chief Executive Officer for Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL).

Mr. Bansal is at the helm of the airport business with eight airports in its management and development portfolio. AAHL is India's largest airport infrastructure company, accounting for 25% of airport footfalls and controlling 33% of India’s air cargo traffic.

Under his leadership, the strategically located airports focus on transforming & innovating the consumer experience into consumer delight through state-of-the-art futuristic and digitally driven experiences for a memorable experience.

Mr. Bansal’s passion is to create opportunities and shape business – through the stages of competitive positioning, commercial tactics & negotiations, and customer engagement. As a hands-on leader in the industry, he strives to build high performing teams and customizing thought leadership that translates into financial value to serve our customers better. Continuous transformation is required to succeed and that would be one of Mr. Bansal’s strongest competences, to constantly have adapted ways of working, leadership, and keep the organisation ahead of business need.

With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Bansal in his previous role as President, Europe and Latin America and Group Executive Vice President for Ericsson and was member of Ericsson Group Management team for over 12 years, has made significant contribution to the Mobile Industry in defining the 5G Standards. He also transformed the R&D at Ericsson Networks to have single Software Track, Cloud RAN portfolio and agile software development at scale. In addition to executing the significant transformation in terms business Growth and cost out activities in Europe/Latin America and Asia.

Arun has participated in various executive development programs with world leading institutes such as London Business School, Thunderbird Business School, IMD, Stanford University and Columbia Business School.
